5. Payments and enrolment
- Course access is granted following successful payment via secure third-party providers (e.g. Stripe or PayPal).
- Prices are displayed at the point of purchase and may be updated at any time.
- Access will not be granted until payment has been received.
6. Refunds
- Due to the digital nature of the course, refunds are not normally available once access has been granted.
- By enrolling, you agree to receive immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day cooling-off period under UK consumer law.
- Refunds may be considered at our discretion where:
- A technical issue prevents access, and
- We are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
7. Account security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
- You agree to notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
